MediaValet AE/CSM invited but not required to attend scoping call or any calls thereafter. IO will discuss with AE/CSM who will be sending scope & proposal to client.
InterOperate manages all follow-up and sales communications until deal is won.
Once SOLD, InterOperate also manages all delivery, maintenance, and all things integration for the first year, until renewal.
MediaValet AE/CSM will be CC'd on all communication with client. Internal MV+IO communication will take place in individual client-dedicated Slack channel (IO Created).
